Change Pointer Contacts

Hi all,
does someone know if 'change pointer' for any change in the contact are existing in HubSpot and can be requested through the API?

I want to integrate HubSpot data with our CRM system but unfortunately there is no standard integration existing. So I want to make GET API posts in a certain time intervall and POST these data into the API of the CRM system. Another idea would be to get informed (push principle) when a contact was changed and as a result send this information to the other system.

We've written an App that is triggered on contact changes in HubSpot - is that what you mean by 'change pointer'?

If so you can use the "Webhook Subscriptions" in the Webhooks API.
