Cannot update companies through API

I'm having a problem getting my integration to work for one of my customers. Updating companies through the API seems to have no effect. However, I am able to update contacts through the API just fine; updating the company records through the CRM UI works, too. The OAuth token has the "contacts" scope, and the token was generated by a Super Admin (we tried two different Super Admins and neither of them are able to update companies).

 

The customer's HUB ID is 8843909.

 

The API call we're trying is:

PUT https://api.hubapi.com/companies/v2/companies/5029244080

Hi @dennisedson ,

This only happens in HUB ID 8843909. It is as if the Super Admin user doesn't have permission to update companies. But I just did a test again now and it seemed to take this time! I don't know if you fixed something but I seem to be OK for now.

Is this issue unique to one portal or is there a theme here?

Do you get any error messaging?
