Can you customize transactional emails?

Hi, I can see Hubspot supports transactional emails but there is only a “Message” field that accepts JSON so I’m wondering if this means you can customize the email exactly how you want or if you’re limited to one message body

In HubSpot transactional emails, we do not have any limits regarding the customizations.. You can easily control the appearance, design and look of emails saved for transactional events. Its just you need to use some dynamic tokens into those emails and then while sending out these emails, need to pass some data for those dynamic tokens. That's it.
