Can webhook payloads for contact.creation include events from multiple portalIds?

In this example, all the events included in the webhook requests JSON array are from the same portal (i.e. portalId 33).

Is there any possibility that HubSpot might include events from various portalds in a single request?

Hi @Hima , no that won't happen. Since your application can be installed into multiple accounts, we specify which portalId the event came from. There shouldn't be several different portalIds in the same request.

Thank you @cbarley The question is specifically regarding batch notifications where HubSpot delivers a series of notifications in a single request. In these cases, the portalId is listed inside each array element (for each event in the batch of events). In the payloads that we have seen so far, the same portalId is repeated many times. Based on this response, HubSpot won't combine and deliver event notifications coming from various portals through a single batch request? Just making sure we are on the same page. Thanks!

Hi @Hima , apologies I misspoke. I confirmed with my team that we will batch from other accounts as well, so you may see more than one portalId when we do batch.
