Can't open new contact or an existing contact when call via API

SOLVE

Hi,

Im trying to test when i receive a call automatically i send via api this:

 

app.hubspot.com/contacts/25XXX/contacts/list/view/all?createNewObject=CONTACT

 

But, it always redirects to https://app.hubspot.com/myaccounts-beta

 

Whats happening there?

SOLVE

HI,

 

It works for me, as far as you have a open session as a user in the same browser.

 

So just for double check,  Check your Portal ID number. review is correct and you are not using another portal ID.

 

Open a new browser windows, logging into your portal. let it open.

Try to execute it. and see if open a new windows or inside the actual one.

 

If this works, will be more a user cookie seasion issue.

Just let  me know how the test goes and we can try to solve it 😉

Would you be able to add some more details to your workflow.

That link you are directed to is where you would select the correct portal.  If you select the correct portal, where does it bring you?

Can't open new contact or an existing contact when call via API

SOLVE

It brings me to my home webpage. But I want to be redirected to contact page and open the contact and if contact doesnt exist then open a create new one. One more team mate have the same problem, but another one is working fine with it. If i attack the URL without API (just executed manually on browser, it doesnt work too.
