Can't get lead source/lead origin for the Contacts

Hello,

I would like to get lead origin view the Contacts API.

At this point I’m getting hs_analytics_source that’s always OFFLINE which is not accurate.

lead_source property doesn’t retur any lead origin information.

Hi @stajilov,

Is the issue that you’re not getting the source information in the response to that request, or is it that you believe the source information is incorrect? If it’s the former, then I’d be happy to help troubleshoot why the information is missing from the response. If it’s the later, then I would recommend reaching out to Support with some example contacts for help troubleshooting the source information.
