Can I import conversations with a client from another platform via an API or something?

So, here is what I'm dealing with.

I have conversations with clients from various chat apps, like Whatsapp, Telegram, our own Conversation Database.

Now, we want to back all these data up to a single place, that is HubSpot and we wanted to know of there is some kind of API that supports saving Message, Sender and Date into a conversation.

Is there such a thing in the HubSpot API?

Hi,

If you just want it logged on an object such as contacts, companies, deals, tickets et cetera you can you the timeline API.

If you want to be able to create an email, note, call, task or meeting (that can later be edited by a user) you can use the events API:

If you dont want to develop it yourself you may look into third part apps (such as Zapier or similar).
