I got this error a few times during the week. I have checked my backend metrics which was very low usage. I don't believe I am sending that high requests to hubspot. Can hubspot team provide me why my account is throttled?
Can I connect to hubspot team to see how the API rate is being collected?
Have you checked your call-log ( settings > integrations > API key ) and open the details page to check if you aren't crossing the limit based on your account type of maximum requests per 10 seconds -
