Callling Support Form using API

Hi Guys,

I am trying to pass data to the newly-created Support Form from "Service" using the form API ( https://forms.hubspot.com/uploads/form/v2).

However, I can pass the data "content" and "subject". These fields doesn't get filled in HubSpot in the Tickets section. Is there any other internal name to use?

Is this still the case? the concepts and usage of support forms / question based forms are very different to lead capture & registration forms. 

We need to get support forms and ticket creation in via the API. We cannot use the support form embed... So tickets and service hub is still completely useless to us.

Hi @Alexandre_Martin, the Support form in ServiceHub cannot be submitted via the API at this time. The forms that can be used are HubSpot Forms that are under Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms.
