Calling extensions sdk

I did everything as it is described. First I create a developer account, then an app and a test account and perform the app authentication. That worked and my app is verified. According to the documentation, it should now appear in the calling iframe, but it doesn't. My app is available under connected apps. But when I open a contact and click on the phone icon, it says: "Use the calling feature...". But that's where my app should actually appear, right? What's wrong?
