Hi there. I have call recording on my VOIP system from Telco Switch - using the API it screen pops the hubspot record great.... and should place the recorded call into my hubspot as an attachment but it looks like hubspot is delting the attachment please see image. Any ideas guys?
I recommend contacting TelcoSwitch support. The attachment deletion is happening from an API call which is likely from the CallSwitch side and not HubSpot.
