Call provider app ready for production

Hi all
I have developed a Click2Call integration based on your CallProvider SDK.
It work well into my devEnv (using npm as you suggested) so I'm ready to move into production server.
I've already made the App into devAccunt, installed into TestAccount, validate it by API calls but...it doesn't work!

Sorry for the basic question but how to move into production stage?
I've simply uploaded all files (without the node_modules directory) into remote server but  clicking into "Call button" by GUI it shows me my wiget but nothing happend! (it looks like no event is trigged).
There is a tutorioal/guide of production deploy? What about "./bin/index_combined.js" included by HTML example file?

I solved it by myself.
For other people : you have to to prepare the solution for production scenario using the npm command: npm run build.
So you will have the index_combined.js compiled and ready to upload
