CRM card logo and settings link

I cannot get my app logo to show in a CRM card I've created for an app, nor the Settings link when previewing in my developer test account. I have the logo setup for the app that is displaying the CRM card and the card is working, but the logo is not showing, nor do I see a settings link as in the documentation examples. How can I set these up?

@jtruty , have attempted with different images to see if it is something to do with that specific file?

If it still isn't working, I think we will need to get this to HubSpot support as the Community won't be able to help here.

Yes I have tried a few different logo images. That doesn't seem like the problem, unless there is something I'm missing.
