What’s happening

We’ve got two platform updates for you today. First, we’re releasing the CRM Cards and Video Conferencing Extensions to General Availability. This means these features are considered stable, and ready to be used for building great integrations for your customers.

We’ve also released an update to our Conversations SDK. Starting today, you can specify that the cookie banner be enabled on a user’s exit intent. This is in addition to the currently-available ability to enable on widget load. Check out the documentation updates for the enableWidgetCookieBanner variable for all the details.

All of these updates are available for you to use today.
