If you do not mind, I have a few questions for curiosity:
- why backend api in place of on-device that would allow off-line mode?
- could you please give some tech detail of the implementation?

Hey artola,

our backend API allows us to scan for other online digital business cards provider and to offer support for environments which do not offer on-device capabilities (e.g. PHP or GoLang). In the first step we detect the text of the card and then process the text result to get the structured data. We’re currently experimenting with a image-to-date pipeline. We’ll let you know if we made some changes there!

Yes, I am trying to connect with web base app. Is there any good card scanner API out there that we can use it?
