Build a Data Sync app

Hi everyone,

I want to integrate my app with Hubspot as a Data Sync app on the Marketplace using Hubspot's built-in Data Sync feature (similar to the Google Contacts app: https://app-na2.hubspot.com/ecosystem/242799666/marketplace/apps/google-contacts-sync-232794)

Basically I want the ability for my customers to configure the data sync setting directly inside Hubspot, after they install my app

I tried to build an app but couldn't see anywhere to set up the Data Sync feature. Is there anything required to do that? Can someone help me out step by step?

Hi @NPhan5,

I don't believe it's possible at this time. From my understanding, the ability for external developers to build connectors with Data Sync is not available.

I don't believe there's an official request form or anything like that. Maybe someone from the Developers forum has more insight on that.

Josh is correct.  Presently, we are not taking submission for data sync apps.

Is there any other way for us to build a Data Sync app just like the Google Contacts app (https://app-na2.hubspot.com/ecosystem/242799666/marketplace/apps/google-contacts-sync-232794?_gl=1*1...)? Maybe becoming Hubspot App Partner?
