Bounce descripancy

Hi there, i have problem with API. I have some questions!

1. When i request Bounce from summary report via endpoint

GET /email/public/v1/campaigns/:campaign_id

i get

"bounce": 206

2. When i request Bounce from this endpoint 

GET /email/public/v1/events 

with event type - BOUNCE

i get 299 items

Why i have descripancy? Please advise!

Maybe i need to use some filters for category, status or else for result as in first request?

Also the same problem i have with other metrics, mayby someone can expain how constitute/results metrics in summary report?

example with list of metrics:
