Hey, @ABrown65 👋 Thanks for your question. You've touched on a common limitation with the available endpoints and options. You'll need to split your calls into two requests, one to filter, and then one to request those contacts in a batch.
The batch endpoints listed for the Contacts API don't allow for sending filters in the request body.
