Bad entry of contacts through the integration of zapier with Sirena

I am using Zapier to integrate Sirena with HubSpot but contacts enter HubSpot without name and no other data. I've already checked on Zapier and the integration is set up well. I would like to know if there is something missing to configure in HubSpot so that contacts can enter correctly.
