Bad Request when using a MS Bookings URL

Hi, I'm using a button on an email and linking the press of the button to a URL that will allow someone to book a 20min meeting via MS Bookings. THE URL works natively but when the button is clicked from the newsletter I get "bad request".

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Bad Request when using a MS Bookings URL

Hi Jaycee....

  • What email platform are you using to send the newsletter?
    • MS Outlook
  • Is the button link a plain URL, or is it being encoded in any way?
    • Not that I know of.... I've just copied the link supplied in MS Bookings
  • Does the issue happen across all email clients (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) or just specific ones?
    • All clients
  • Have you tried inspecting the network requests or error logs when the “bad request” appears?
    • No

Be great to get this fixed - in meantime I'm using your shared meetings but would like to integrate with Teams if possible.
