Automated tab opening inbound and outbound calls not always logging (Call journaling)
Hello,
We have integrated 3cx platform to HS and we have several cases of calls not being logged correctly via call journaling.A significant amount of inbound and outbound calls is not always being logged in Hubspot.
This results to the call activity of a contact/deal not being visible.
In addition, the automated tab opening is not always functioning (referring to the function when a known-contact calls the tab with its contact details is not opening) .
