Automated email not sending on form submission via form v3 endpoint api

Hi everyone, I am current having issues with the automated email on form submission. I created a custom form and used the form v3 endpoint api to submit the form details and I've set up a automated email workflow that listens whenever that form has been submitted. However, the automated email is not triggered on my form submission. Would this be because the automated workflow doesn't listen to the form v3 endpoint api?

Quick update: I've talked to the support and the reason why my workflow is not activated is because I have been using the same email for my testing and I didn't have re-enrollment turned on  😵
