Assign contact and company to conversation (Chat)

Hi,

we currently integrate the chat in our application. For this we use the chat sdk.

But when I load the chat and sent a message, the conversation in hubspot show 'Unknown Visitor' and not the same of the contact and also not the name of the company.

I did not find any documentation in the chat sdk and not in the conversation api.

What is the best way to assign the information?
