Assign Tickets to owner

Hi All,

I want to assign my ticket to it's owner can i do that using email of the ticket owner because i don't know the id of other users of our account. so how to assign tickets to them as ticket owner.

 If using the API you must use user id and not email. 

Just enter https://api.hubapi.com/owners/v2/owners?hapikey=yourapikeyhere 
in your browser (replacing yourapikeyhere with your Hubspot API key) This will list out your Hubspot users and their ownerId.
