Hi, We have two husbpots accounts, via this account we are able to connect to our external app both via test and developer apps. But when we try to do the same via our other account we can only connect to the external app via test accounts. Whenever we try to use our 'app developer account' from that account to the external app, we get the following error "Couldn’t complete the connection: This account doesn't have access to some HubSpot features that are required by this app. Please contact the app developer."
What we suspect is this account was once a paying account and the other is a completely free account, could that possibility be correct? Just wanted to a confirmation on the same.
