Any object in the CRM is updated to a specific date

Hello,

I've developed an integration that periodically syncs all the data between Hubspot and my application.

The first time that I import a new customer I get all the data from their CRM and from then I just read the modified data (using Search API) and filtering by lastModifiedDate since the last sync.

Sometimes it happens that any objects in the CRM are updated, even if the users haven't done any action on their data.
This is a big issue for me because the search API has to retrieve all data for any entity (and because of its limitation, I can query only the first 10k elements, and for deals, calls, emails, and notes I have to do further queries because search API doesn't return the associations with companies and contacts).
Why does this happen???
