Answering a Ticket via API

Hello all,

 

with my API integration it is possible the request a ticket. I've received it and i can update it i.e. with a note or close it.

However, is it possible to use the ticket endpoint "crm/v3/objects/tickets/{ticketID}" to somehow answer the ticket?

This means, i want to send a request via API and call a mail-sendout with hubspot to the receiver (ticket requester).

 

I am thankful for your help!

@JBender1 - or add an email or cqll engagment? And if you need to close the ticket, you can update it's status.

Hi, @JBender1 👋 I don't think you are missing an option. The Tickets API doesn't have an ```reply``` endpoint. Have you looked into using the Conversations API and the Send Message to Thread endpoint? To reply to the conversation associated with a Ticket.
