Can we use this for other purposes than using chat?
For instance, Our customers have a website and a SaaS with a login system.
Some users are track with cookies because they filled up forms so we know when they are visiting the website, but there is several users that we don't know when they are coming to the website.
Hi @louischausse -- Currently this API is specific to live chat and identifying logged-in visitors who open up a chat.
To make sure I understand -- are you looking for an API to link a logged-in visitor's identity to a hubspotUtk to understand who is on your website? Does the Identify API for the tracking code help fill that gap? Let me know if not!
