yes, we've checked oAuth settings and nothing has changed. Redirect url, scopes are same as in app settings. Now i see that when trying to integrate i'm getting agreement screen but ther is no chance to click on it because hubspot redirects that page in a second so maybe this is a problem. So randomly we're getting agreement screen and validating error.

Check your OAuth configuration – Ensure that your OAuth configuration, including the redirect URL and scopes, match between your HubSpot app and the authorization URL
Try a fresh authorization – Sometimes, re-authorizing your application will “fix” things. Try to uninstall and then reinstall your app for one of your test accounts
Check your server logs and HubSpot call logs

still nothing. Tried to uninstall, changed scopes, removed scopes etc but getting agreement screen where there is no chance to agree because it redirects instantly
