All the contacts from Hubspot to be created as leads in Saleforce

Is there any way to create leads from all Hubspot Contacts ? At this moment , if a contact is already in Saleforce, no other lead is created, but the contact is overwritten. I would wanna a new lead per each contact created in Hubspot.

I believe you can achieve this by unchecking the Required Settings: Deduplication -

"When a HubSpot contact syncs for the first time, check Salesforce for existing Leads and Contacts with the same email address."

and select 'Lead' for the Creating Records in Salesforce: Default Object setting.

I understood that this check is not available to being unchecked. 

Is there something standard that is not uncheckable or it's based on licensing?

Sorry for the confusion. You're spot on. Based on this documentation:

There are two required settings to deduplicate HubSpot contacts and existing Salesforce leads/contacts with the same email address, and Salesforce leads/contacts and existing HubSpot contacts with the same email address. These settings are selected by default and cannot be modified.

That said, under the 'Creating Records in Salesforce: Default Object' settings > You can go ahead and select 'Lead'.
