Agent webrtc session does not persist when crm user changes screen
Hi,
We have a click2call integration with hubspot, and we want to extend the functionaliy to dialer (own product).
Issue is that, there is no place in crm when user can click to pop-up agent webrtc calling panel. In clickToCall it pops-up when a outbound call is made. As soon as the crm user moves to a different contact the webrtc session is lost.
In case I need to integrate my dialer solution, how can I provide a consistant agent experiance for automated outbound call.
1. Is there any place where I can embed the agent in crm ?
2. How can I autopop the contact screen, as soon as the call is connected to agent ?
