Adding images to App Details section of App Marketplace Listing

Hi,

I've getting this strange error but I'm the admin:

  Permission requiredYou don't have permission to add, edit, or delete files. Contact your account admin for access.

Any ideas? See this screenshot:

I just applied to get upload permissions and received this email:

and then this new error appeared in the first screenshot.
