Adding HubSpot tracking code to Splash pages

I am trying to add HubSpot tracking codes to pages hosted on splashthat.com but am having trouble figuring out how to make them work. We have successfully gotten the tracking code to fire, but it is not tracking any activity on the contact. Would love advice on getting this to work. Thank you!

Here is the JS we have added to the page:

Adding HubSpot tracking code to Splash pages

Hey @ellieransom , the first step to tracking your visitors in HubSpot is definitely to get the tracking code to fire on your page so you have completed this. Next is to understand how tracking works in HubSpot. Our tracking code tracks visitors by their browser cookies. There's a few things that needs to happen for tracking to work, mainly the visitor's browser must have a cookie that has been tied to a contact record in HubSpot, or an action needs to be taken in order for the browser cookie to get tied to a contact record. This article here goes into it in detail: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/account/how-does-hubspot-track-visitors

If you have any specific examples of contact records that you expected to have tracked activities but isn't there, please feel free to reach out to our support team and they can help look into it for you!
