my company works with B2C customers who want to renovate their accommodation with governmental programs, so a deal crosses several stages on several pipelines (signature of contract, waiting for the application approval, then planning for the installation..).
I am looking to create a Customer Portal for customers to have a personal My Account page, where they can see the updated status of their deal pipelines (like application status, application accepted successfully, works on hold, etc), which they access after login, without submitting additional tickets. With the current Customer Portal option, there only submitted tickets that are displayed. Could anyone share tips on how to do it or does it require API development beforehand?
