Access Code getting

I create developer account, create app, and then i’d like to get access code, but after redirecting to https://app.hubspot.com/oauth/{HubID}/authorize?client_id={client_id}&scope=contacts%20automation&re... I see something like this

@Hub_Spot I usually see that error when someone doesn’t have administrative rights on a portal to install an app. Which portal are you installing it too? Are you installing it to a non dev-portal? The screen shot above leads me to think you might be trying to install an app to a dev portal and not a normal HubSpot portal.
