API takes 24h to show data

Hi there, we use a HR Software called Softgarden, which exchanges data with our Hubspot (Job offers). Unfortunately it takes always 24h after creating the job offer in Softgarden to show in Hubspot. I am no developer. Do you have a clue? Kind regards. Max

Hey, @MGroll! Thanks for your question. It's hard to say without more information. Do you have a link to the integration page for the Softgarden + HubSpot app? There are a few possible reasons, but the most likely one is related to how often they send data to HubSpot via our API. In general, if you make a request to one of our endpoints directly, creating a new Contact for example, that data is ingested and available in your portal almost instantly. Another quick thing you can do is reach out to Softgarden support and verify the expected update time/interval for their integration.
