@NLokwani Typically you would post some variable on the record versus triggering it with code. I like doing it this way as it offers a lot more flexability and knowledge to other users in the account. For example, send a "flag" when a user is in a trial. I would update a property to "In Trial" likely along with a datestamp. But you don't have to, as you could use workflows to automate the datestamping which saves on dev time.
