API integration to our backend

Hi 

I wanted to we have a SPA as our website and its does not seem to be working with hubspot tracking code. So as a next step i thought we could integrate our back with hubspot API to send the new contact sign up info. 
I was wondering if this feature is part of the free plan ?

You can use the Contact api endpoints to achieve the same with your free plan.
