API call Error: An error occurred while sending the request. A security error occurred

Hello All,

We are pushing data in a HubSpot production enviroment for days now and did not have any issues until today. I need help understanding why my API calls using  endpoint: 

/crm/v3/objects/contacts/search

failed with the following error: 

InnerException: System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.Net.Http.WinHttpException: A security error occurred 

I know it has nothing to do with the API Usage since we follow the Burst: 100/10 seconds guidelines. I have never seen this error before. Is it related to the HubSpot SSL certificates? I have no idea how to handle this, please suggest what the issue may cause this error.  Thank you in advance for your help.

This only occured yesterday. Our process is running daily so I will post it if it happens again.
