API Phone issues - not displaying users

Hi, 

I have my account connected via API to Telcoswich Cloud phone system. 

It is working in that is displays who is calling and can open up the contact page. 

But it is not dispaying what user has answered the call in the timeline.

Are you still working on this?   What is in the body of the engagement that HubSpot sends to your app?

hi, thank you for coming back to me. 

I think the body of the engegement states that the call has been answered or not.  However, this is not working correctly either.
