I have been tasked with enabling a client to send their data to an account they have here on HubSpot through the API. The data will be send by a Function App in Azure.
A requirement from the customer is that they get full access to the code of the project.
Because of that, I'm trying to do determine how best to go about this. It seems that I will need to register an application in order to use the API.
Can I register an app under my own developer account credentials and then transfer the ownership to the customer when it is done? Or do I need the customer to create a developer account and give me the credentials so I can work on it from there?
I am pretty sure you would be find either way, but it might be slightly easier if they created the account and added you as an admin. That way they know they are in charge 👍
