API Integration of Sync with LinkedIn

Hi

I got an error syncing a contact from LI.

Said I needed to generate a new API key, which I did.

I don't recall where I need to copy it. I tried searching everywhere, cannot find what I need to do next. Thanks in advance

Hi @ohp,

Have you tried contacting the developer for that integration? I'm sure they'd be able to point you in the right direction. I think if you look at the info for the extension, there should be some contact info or a website where you can get support.

Thanks Leland...I don't know what to start to look at for that. What developer? Why doesn't it sync?

Thanks Leland, did do that. I vaguely recall doing it, but cannot recall where.  Apparently LinkedIn is upgrading parts of the system, and the Sync function is affected due to that.
