500 Internal Server Error - Ecommerce Bridge Store Creation

Trying to do initial setup of Ecommerce Bridge in accoutn and am getting a 500 error

What do I need to do to get this fixed?

I just realized I may be an **bleep**. I haven't yet mapped the data we'll be sending from the store to HubSpot and that could be causing the problem.

@IsaacTakushi I'm now thinking this is failing because we have a Salesforce integration and it's failing at trying to create the additional pipeline.

I'm not sure how to get around this limitation since I cannot get the store to create and abandoning Salesforce isn't an option for us.

Hey, @setheryb.

Ah yes, if you're integrated with Salesforce, you won't be able to create a new Ecommerce pipeline out of the box.

Luckily, we have a multi-pipeline beta that solves for this.

Could you confirm the Hub ID you're working in so I can validate the current settings and, if applicable, send you the beta request form?

Thanks for the context. It looks like Brendan already got the ball rolling, so I'd look for updates from that ticket. To my knowledge, the team migrates accounts on a weekly basis.

Well @IsaacTakushi  it appears it's not just order of operations.

I successfully did the product mapping step and then went to create the store via a PUT command and am still getting a 500 error.

Help would be greatly appreciated. Should I escalate this straight to calling the support line?
