3rd party Calculator results, capture contact info in HB + trigger email with results

Hi amazing Hubspot'rs,

I'm developing an html calculator, to be hosted on my wordpress site.

The idea is the calculator can become a lead generator as well.

Hence the challenge: When people access the calculator, fill in the details and get a results, I'd like to offer the visitor to have the results sent on email.

 - results is being stored in HB

 - contact details - name and email stored in HB

 - triggers an email response with custom results from calculator + some static content.

My business is in life insurance, and one of my purposes is to create engaging content that makes life insurance easy to understand. Thanks heaps all.

When looking to capture external details into HubSpot, I'd suggest for you to explore into the option of using a form submission. This way, you'll have these options to explore:

• You can either use the non-HubSpot forms.
• Or alternatively, use the form api to submit the results over.

Once the form submission is being passed into HubSpot, we can create a workflow and set the enrollment trigger to be something like (contact has filled out form submission xx) > Send automated email
