3CX Integration

Hello, I followed the integration guide at: https://www.3cx.com/docs/hubspot-pbx-crm-integration/

 

But I get this error when I click the "Authorize" button:

 

Request for Integration Permissions
Couldn’t complete the connection
This hub doesn't have access to some HubSpot features that are required by this integration. Please contact the integrator.

 

How do I get further access? Thanks.

In order for me to further troubleshoot this, could you share with me the following:

1. The dev portal and app ID in question

2. The portal ID that you'd like to install the app on

Dev Portal: 4446456

App ID: 223209

 

What is number 2?

Maybe this one: 3449765

Thanks for sharing the details!

 

On my end, I attempted to install app 223209 on portal ID 3449765 and I was able to install it successfully (I've uninstall the integration). 

 

In this case, could you share the exact steps that you took before getting the following error:

Request for Integration Permissions
Couldn’t complete the connection
This hub doesn't have access to some HubSpot features that are required by this integration. Please contact the integrator.

A screen video or screenshots would be great to help me understand your environment.

I got it!

I had to select the portal, not the Dev Account after the Authorize button is pressed, that was my error.
