3CX Integration - Journaling works but not contact popping
Hi,
We have a Hubspot user who is using the 3CX integration. There is a contact with the number 01252241000 which we are using as a test.
If they call us on that number, or if that they call back to that number, an entry goes in the log against the contact. However, the tab that open automatically and should be the contact page, is just showing a Hubspot error page (as below).
Any ideas why this doesn't work? 3CX will state that because Hubspot tab is opening, and they don't put a partuclar URL path on the 3CX app, the issue is at the Hubspot side.
