Been leaning hard on our own tool Sheets Assistant (by Coefficient) lately with our HubSpot data.
Since we already sync our HubSpot deals, contacts, and subscriptions into Google Sheets, Sheets Assistant gives me a huge head start when I need to:
Build quick renewal forecasts
Summarize churn cohorts by month
- Give my CS or Reps more detail on lead score or health score
Write formulas to calculate expansion/contraction MRR without having to remember nested IFs or complex date logic
Clean up owner assignments or missing fields for bulk fixes
Basically: I let Sheets Assistant write most of the heavy formulas, visualizations, and summaries for me. I just sanity check and tweak. Huge time saver vs trying to brute-force everything manually.
Here's a video I made about the detailed score summaries, this was actually inspired by one of our customers. Our new CS reps actually trust the health scoring because they have side by side detail of how it's been calculated.
