Mine isn't "AI" on the grand scheme it's more around HS Agents & Assitants. I keep hearing about all of these amazing things they can both potentially "do for us" but when I get in HS to build one there's confusion about which thing does what, it's disjointed at best, some things aren't easy to find, etc. So, I'm having trouble figuring out which thing to use to try to automate which things & then how/where to implement...super vague, I realize. So, example:
- built a super basic "Agent" to supposedly help me with personalization across a campaign in Marketing studio

- had marketing studio build a basic test campaign

- no idea now how/where to have the Agent just sort of go look at it & offer suggestions? IDk what it's actually even going to "do"...

Then there's assistants who can supposedly help do things but it just seems like putting saved prompts into Breeze & folks would go to them as needed? But how do folks even know what's there or what it does?

I'm all over the board...

I took a 2:30 video screengrab of the conversation I've been having with Chat's Hub Helper Harry. I stop here & there to show my prompt & some of "his" answers..basically my "proof" that it's not as easy as some would make it sound. And it's surfaced the fact that the "agent" isn't viewable in the marketing studio, so you can't actually know it's running unless you just know what was there & what might have been added as a draft. IF you can get it to run, using some very manually, one at a time, added triggers...

This is where I currently sit with it: "you’re not doing anything wrong — it’s that “Campaign” itself isn’t an exposed CRM Asset yet. You have to attach the Agent to specific asset types inside a campaign (emails, blogs, LPs), or use a text input for the brief.

Do you want me to map out a recommended hybrid setup (Email + Blog + LP as CRM Asset inputs, plus Brief as Text) so your Content Agent will cover the most common Marketing Studio outputs?"

I don't have permissions to add the video here but lemme know if anyone just can't wait to see it & I'm happy to send. 😉

Annnd UPDATE - I have No idea how I did it but apparently I now have a working Content Agent - seriously not a clue as to how it went from "can't do that because it's not an asset..." to "oh hey - here it is in your asset list - wanna run it?" And it ran... 🙃

@TSiri I loved watching your process play out!!  I haven't started testing out agents, but I do know that you have to know exactly what you want it to do before you go in and build it.  The upside of things like the ChatGPT is that you can use it to metaprompt it to tell you how to tell it what to do LOL.
