Having mix of high quality product image or 3d render with the hyper realistic human video generators can help you at this point (if you want simple way).
Great for talking-head product demos where the avatar presents and you show a product image or rotating 3D render over the video. You can show a banner on bottom of the video as well.

Runway (Gen 4), Luma (Ray2): Drop an image + prompt and generate short cinematic clips, then fix artifacts. Good for social media ads (will need multiple prompt attempts).

For most reliable way to make a realistic hand-hold (a little hard): Build a 3D asset from photos: NVIDIA Instant NeRF or photogrammetry with Luma, then composite/animate with a 3D human: DeepMotion, Unreal, or Blender.
