How can I build a ChatGPT-powered sales enablement tool to search our content in HubSpot?

Hi,

I am interested in building a sales enablement tool that can synthesize all of our internal sales and marketing content. The goal is to use an AI engine like ChatGPT to answer questions from our sales team and provide links to the relevant source documents stored in HubSpot.

Is a project like this possible to build on HubSpot? Has anyone in the community done something similar? I would appreciate any insights or examples.

Yes, it can be done from HubSpot. First, we would need to create a wrapper from ChatGPT Pro. Then, we need to connect it via the HubSpot API.

If you know how it works, you can use them. Alternatively, you can also use a HubSpot partner who can do it for you.

Hey @ZestDeveloper That's such a broad question. There are *a lot* of HubSpot tools who have utilised large language models like chat gpt. There's even a tool built by the CTO of HubSpot which has decent integration with HubSpot called chatspot. There's several features within HubSpot that utilise LLM to generate data within the HubSpot app too. 

What would your tool offer on top of this to HubSpot users?

I Hi Tom, I'm not looking to develop a tool that would do this, instead I am interested in utilizing one that already exists for our website so that the GPT can interact and retrieve information when connected with the Hubspot API on our website and retrieve information and devise responses based on that information. What would an existing solution that you would recommend for this?

@ZestDeveloper there is a built-in AI option for the HubSpot Chatbot, it will use your website and knowledge base to answer questions via chat - your initial post said you wanted to find a sales enablement tool though, which would be along the lines of what Tom suggested with ChatSpot
